Ron is the newest addition to Habitat Team and brings over two decades of non-profit management and board experience to the position. With a background in strategic planning, resource management , largescale logistics, and community development, he is poised to take the lead of an amazing organization while continuing to drive the mission of “putting God’s Love Into Action” He prides himself on being a Visionary Leader and employs a “lead from the front” management style while empowering those around him to be their very best. He attributes his professional success to those around him that have influenced his life in so many positive ways. Learning the value of “team building” at an early age has provided him both the insight and skillset it takes to be an affective leader. Ron is driven by faith, family, and community making his new CEO appointment with Habitat for Humanity Golden Empire a true “ Labor of Love”. “No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care”
